Privacy notice

1. Data controller

Bedel Gestión y Control de Acceso Residencia, S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("Inspiracode"), located at Calle Manzaneros 1918, oficinas 107 y 114, Col. Sandra Lucia, C.P. 32530, Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, México, is responsible for processing your personal data. For any privacy matter write to privacidad@inspiracode.net.

2. Data we collect

We do not collect sensitive personal data.

• Identification and contact: name, company, role, email and WhatsApp number.
• Information about your project: what you type or dictate in the quote tool, such as processes, systems and the size of your operation. Please do not include third-party data or confidential information.
• Technical data: your IP address, stored only as an encrypted fingerprint to prevent abuse, and browser data for bot verification.

3. Primary purposes

These are required to handle your request:

• Prepare the blueprint of your solution and your initial estimate.
• Send you your summary and contact you to follow up and, where applicable, prepare a proposal.
• Prevent abuse and keep the site secure.

4. Secondary purposes

These are not required to handle your request. If you do not want us to use your data for them, leave the news checkbox unticked or write to us at any time at privacidad@inspiracode.net. Saying no does not affect your estimate or our follow-up.

• Send you news and offers from Inspiracode, only if you tick the corresponding checkbox.
• Produce market statistics and trends. For this we anonymize and aggregate the information so it does not identify you.

5. Use of artificial intelligence

The quote tool uses an artificial intelligence model (Claude, by Anthropic) to talk with you and organize your project information. Pricing is calculated by our own rules, and an Inspiracode engineer reviews every estimate. Anthropic processes the conversation on our behalf and, under its commercial terms, does not use it to train its models.

6. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data or transfer it to third parties for their own purposes. We use providers that process it only on our behalf and under our instructions; some are located in the United States. We may also disclose it to authorities when the law requires.

• Hosting and database: Vercel and Neon.
• Artificial intelligence: Anthropic.
• Email: Google Workspace and SMTP2GO.
• Bot verification: Cloudflare.
• Customer support: a platform operated by Inspiracode.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep prospect data for up to 12 months after the last contact. If you become a client, we keep it for the duration of the relationship and as long as the law requires. After that we delete or anonymize it.

8. Your ARCO rights and how to exercise them

You can access, rectify, cancel or object to the use of your data (ARCO rights), revoke your consent or limit how we use your data. Write to privacidad@inspiracode.net with your name, the email you used in the quote tool, a clear description of your request and an ID (or proof of representation if acting for someone else).

We reply within 20 business days and, if applicable, apply the change within the following 15 business days.

9. Browser technologies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. We store your light or dark theme preference in your browser. Cloudflare's bot verification may use its own technologies to tell people from automated programs.

10. Changes to this notice

We will publish any change on this page with its update date. If you believe your rights were not respected, you may contact the competent personal data protection authority.
